Information on purchasing your online tickets

With the online tickets from the advance sale, you can enter the fair directly via the entrance controls on one of the three days of the fair. The online tickets are not day-related and are only valid for one day of the fair, which you can choose freely.

The online tickets will be registered and validated accordingly when scanned at the entrance. If you want to visit the fair on 2 or 3 days, you also have to buy 2 or 3 online tickets.

You can buy online tickets up to a few minutes before your visit to the fair, e.g. with your mobil phone. Thus, a purchase on site is still possible!

We use the provider “Xing-Events” for advance ticket sales. Important note: You definitely do not need a XING account to purchase your tickets (assigning a password on page 2 is not a mandatory field), the data entry is only for invoicing and registration purposes. A fee is charged by Xing for this external service for setting up the secure payment transaction and its personnel costs. We ask for your understanding.

You are also entitled to a Reduced Day Ticket with a discount voucher from a trade magazine as well as with the following valid club or membership cards: märklin-, LGB- and TRIX-Club, Eisenbahn-Romantik-Club, TT-Club, Eisenbahn-Amateur-SVEA-Ausweis (Switzerland), MikroLänder-Ausweis, BDEF membership card as well as DMFV and MFSD ID card! You must show this at the entrance!

People with disabilities are eligible for reduced day tickets, which can be purchased from our online ticket shop. Furthermore, the person accompanying a severely disabled person whose handicapped ID bears the “B” classification is admitted free of charge upon presentation of legitimation at the entrance.

Ticket prices in online advance sale

Visitors can get their tickets in advance and online here via the ticket shop. On site, only emergency cash desks are open at an extra charge of €2 (personnel costs and ticket production costs) per ticket and corresponding waiting times.

Day ticket adults: 16,00 €

Day ticket reduced: 13,00 €

Young people between 9 and 17 years, pupils, students, pensioners and other entitled persons with ID card

Family ticket: 40,00 €

2 adults + 2 own children from 9 to 17 years

Children up to 8 years have free admission and do not need a ticket

For your own good, dogs are not admitted to the fair!

If there is no name on the ticket, it can be given to another person. In the case of personalized tickets, you can independently change your data (title, first name, last name, company and title) in your participation area on XING. If you do not have a XING account or did not purchase the tickets with your email address used on XING, please contact our support. Our team can transfer your ticket to another person. If the ticket says “non-transferable” next to the name, unfortunately you cannot give your ticket to another person.

E-tickets are sent as a PDF file by e-mail directly after the order, paper tickets are sent to you by mail. The following costs are incurred:

Paper tickets by mail (Germany) (per order) € 3.90 (plus VAT)
Paper tickets by mail (EU) (per order) €4.90
In rare cases, it also happens that organizers send their tickets themselves. In addition to the e-tickets in PDF format, the confirmation email includes a QR code that can be downloaded in the Wallet app. As a XING member, you also have the option of downloading your ticket and invoice in the event participation area. You can find the participation area on the respective event page on XING.

Depending on your chosen payment method, you will receive your ticket either immediately or after we have received the payment. If you pay by credit card, PayPal, direct debit or purchase on account, the tickets will be shipped immediately after the order. If you have chosen prepayment, the tickets will be shipped as soon as we have received the payment. Please indicate the invoice number as reason for payment when transferring money so that we can allocate your payment clearly and as quickly as possible. If you did not receive a ticket, the email may have ended up in the spam folder. If you do not find your ticket there either, please contact the Xing Events Support Team.

Generally, the organizer determines whether a cancellation is possible for the respective event or not. Please use the link in your order confirmation email to send a cancellation request. If a cancellation is possible, you will receive your money within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Please note: Cancellations usually incur fees for you. In exceptional cases, the organizer bears the costs. There are no cancellation fees for free events.

The payment method cannot be changed afterwards.

The organizer can set whether the guest list is public on XING or XING Events.

As we cannot exclude that the organizer keeps other public lists of participants, it is best to contact the organizer directly (you will find the contact to the organizer in the confirmation email).
