We would like to ask all exhibiting companies to be present at the booth with at least one person until the end of the setup. The halls will be cleared by security at the end of the set-up period. If there are companies that have not yet completed the set-up at this time, an extension of the set-up time can only be allowed if a person from the security service supervises the set-up of this company at the expense of the exhibiting company. Entry to the exhibition grounds during the trade fair is only permitted upon presentation of your exhibitor pass. Exhibitor passes will be mailed to you after invoices have cleared. If you have not received your passes by the start of set-up, you will need to pick them up at the Exhibition Management Office in Entrance Area WEST after paying your bills in advance. Checks cannot be accepted as payment. Driving on the exhibition grounds during the trade fair is only possible with your exhibitor pass and a valid parking permit.
